Temp to Hire
Once a field employee completes 100 billable hours (please verify this number in your food service contract, if applicable), you may hire them directly with no additional fee to Chief of Staff, LLC. For immediate permanent hires or those made before reaching the required hours, a placement fee can be negotiated. Additionally, if you hire a Chief of Staff, LLC employee for any role within one year of their last assignment with your organization, a placement fee will apply as detailed in applicable agreements.

Our Policies
Chief Of Staff, LLC employees are available to work seven days a week and 365 days a year. Our policy for overtime is time and one-half for employees working over forty hours in one week. Our holiday pay policy is time and one-half for Federal holidays, as defined below:
